Toronto public school consultations are now underway through May 30

Barbara Hall and the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) Governance Advisory Panel say they are interested in hearing your ideas and input on ways to improve the governance structure at the TDSB. The panel is conducting public consultation sessions across Toronto.

Consultations now underway will run through to the end of May 2015.

Your voice makes a difference. Whether you are a parent or guardian, student, staff or community member, the panel wants to hear about your experiences with the TDSB and what could be improved to better serve the board’s students and community.

Visit the consultation website at http://consultationsontdsb.ca/consultations-on-tdsb to find the upcoming event in your area. We invite you to post and share this information with your audience to ensure everyone who wants to, has a chance to contribute – either in person or online.

Toronto community members are invited to provide their input in two ways:

1) Online – If you would like to submit ideas through the online consultation, visit consultationsontdsb.ca. The deadline to provide comments is 5 p.m. on May 30, 2015.

2) In-person – To see the full list of consultations, visit consultationsontdsb.ca. Sessions will be conducted in English. Participants are welcome to bring a companion translator.
