Man wanted in two UofT indecent exposure investigations

 

The Toronto Police Service would like to warn the public about a man wanted in two Indecent Exposure investigations as well as seek the public’s assistance.

On Friday, September 16, 2016, at approximately 3:40 p.m., a 21-year-old woman was in an open-study area at 15 King’s College Circle.

It is reported that:

– a man appeared around the corner of a wall
– when she looked at him, he exposed himself and committed an indecent act
– he approached her while committing an indecent act
– she got up and gathered her belongings
– the man fled

On Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 12:25 p.m., officers responded to a call for an Indecent Exposure at 15 King’s College Circle.

It is reported that:

– two women, 22 and 23, were studying in the building
– a man approached them wearing a black balaclava
– he exposed himself and committed an indecent act
– one of the women screamed
– the man fled

The man is described as white, 20s, 5’10”, medium build, dark eyes and dark eyebrows. He was wearing a black T-shirt which was pulled up to obscure his face and reddish/orange boxer shorts. In the second incident, he was described as wearing a black balaclava, white T-shirt, black shorts and black running shoes.
