Cars in Northern Italy literally melt in heat wave

A lethal heat wave singeing across Europe brought temperatures soaring to a scorching 63ºC (145ºF). It could melt parts of a car like the one car shown in the video below. It was reportedly found dripping its melting its “skin”in Northern Italy.

Residents are using their refrigerators to store their cell phone and wear oven mitts to drive their cars because the steering wheels are too hot to touch.
