Woman assaulted after leaving College and Spadina club

 

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of two arrests in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– on Saturday, October 29, 2016, a 19-year old woman attended a bar in the Spadina Avenue/College Street area, where she met two men
– the woman attended the home of one of the men in the St. Clair Avenue East/Yonge Street area
– while in the home, the men sexually assaulted the woman

Jordan Butler, 31, and Colton Sedgemore, 23, both of Toronto, were arrested. They are each charged with:

1) Gang Sexual Assault

They appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, October 30, 2016, courtroom 101.
