Downtown Yonge crime prevention, community safety workshop March 21

Streetfront businesses in the Downtown Yonge corridor are invited to discuss community safety and crime prevention on March 21.

In partnership with 52 Division, the Downtown Yonge BIA will be hosting a crime prevention and community safety workshop on Tuesday, March 21 from 8 to 10 a.m.

The focus will be on streetfront businesses on Yonge St. Crime prevention officer PC  Mark Woo will present on behalf of 52 Division. A loss prevention officer from TJX Canada will also be in attendance and will touch on issues like aggressive customers and spotting potential theft traits.

To reserve a spot or if you have any questions, email by March 15. The location will be determined based on the number of registrants.
