A proposal to amend the Official Plan and zoning by-law to permit a mixed-use development of three towers of 39, 45 and 39 storeys, on top of base buildings of three to 11 storeys, has been received for the property at 245 Queen St. E.
The proposal was submitted on Feb. 19 and consists of 1,645 residential units. 1,110 will be rental units. The projectwill also include 31,78 square metres of retail gross floor area with 1,082 parking spaces in a four-level underground garage.
