Federal Liberal interim leader Bill Graham and wife Kathy wait to vote Sunday October 1 at the Toronto Centre riding election of delegates for the Liberal leadership convention in December. Graham, who accepted the post of interim leader following Paul Martin’s resignation in January, represents Toronto Centre federally; the delegates chosen will help elect his successor.
