Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at Caliph Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad is scheduled to arrive in Canada on Oct. 3, 2016 to attend the largest and longest-running Muslim convention in Canada called Jalsa Salana at the International Centre.

October 3, 2016 – Arrival to Toronto – Public Ceremonial Reception at Baitul Islam Mosque in Vaughan

Over 10,000 expected to attend

October 7, 2016 – Jalsa Salana Canada at International Centre in Toronto

Over 30,000 expected to attend

1 p.m.: Ceremonial Flag Hoisting

02:30pm: Press Meeting and Q&A with the Caliph, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad

Following the annual convention, His Holiness is scheduled for a reception in Ottawa with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The Caliph has also spoken at Capitol Hill, the European Parliament, Dutch Parliament, and has met with various heads of state.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama`at is a leading Muslim voice in Canada, who strives to provide the counter-narrative to the atrocities and havoc being perpetrated by extremist organizations such as ISIS.
