There are more than 200 restaurants city-wide participating in this 12th annual Winterlicious Prix Fixe promotion, from January 31 to February 13, the largest number to date. Three-course prix fixe lunch menus are priced at $15, $20 and $25, and dinner is priced at $25, $35 and $45. Reservations are strongly recommended and are to be made directly with the participating dining establishment. The list of participating restaurants and their menus are available on the official Winterlicious website at http://www.toronto.ca/winterlicious. Visitors to the website can locate and sort restaurants by price, neighbourhood and cuisine, and share their list through social media. The interactive map enables users to find Winterlicious restaurants across the city.
Tickets are still available for the Winterlicious Culinary Events Series. The series features 16 one-of-a-kind cooking and dining experiences hosted by some of Toronto’s finest restaurants and chefs. There is something to please all foodies in the lineup this year, from hands-on lessons, unique themed meals and deliciously romantic experiences, to a tin chef competition, a strolling fashion brunch, a theatre comfort food event and an attempt to break the current world record for the world’s tallest tea cake stand. More information about the culinary events is available at http://www.toronto.ca/winterlicious
Winterlicious, presented by Interac Association and produced by the City of Toronto, offers two programs, the Culinary Event Series and the Prix Fixe Promotion, from January 31 to February 13.
