Special Mass to celebrate 50 years of Good Shepherd Ministries

Good Shepherd Ministries celebrates 50 years of service to the homeless and disadvantaged in Toronto. A Mass of Thanksgiving will be celebrated by Cardinal Thomas Collins Nov. 24 at St. Paul’s Basilica, 83 Power Street, to mark the 50th anniversary. Attendees will include benefactors, volunteers, corporate representatives and community leaders.

Founded in 1963, Good Shepherd Ministries provides overnight shelter, daily meals, medical services, crisis intervention counselling, pre- and post-addiction counselling, housing services and a host of ancillary services.
