Rescue us from Dalton

Toronto is in dire danger of being train wrecked if the provincial Liberals don’t do something about that developer’s lackey who leads them and is now passing out our cash.

Dalton McGuinty was nobody’s first choice to lead the party and he has been a disaster that could bring a truly horrid bunch of vandals to power.

McGuinty’s love for developers brought us his first batch of lies after he took office. Having promising to secure the Oak Ridges Moraine, he let developers build 900 houses on land he could have easily and cheaply expropriated.

He lets blasting crews scoop gravel for developers’ concrete needs from the priceless Niagara Escarpment he pledged to watch. He retained the horrid Ontario Municipal Board.

If the Liberals have any hope of saving us from the dreaded herd of Harrisites backing up John Tory, a corporate insider, they need to replace McGuinty.

Otherwise, the next four years could be even more ruinous for Toronto than the past 10 have been.
