Pedestrian struck at Queen & Jameson

On Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at approximately 10:50 a.m., a 65-year-old pedestrian was walking westbound on the south sidewalk of Queen Street West at the intersection of Jameson Avenue.

It is alleged that the victim stepped out into the path of a vehicle that was turning from northbound Jameson Avenue to eastbound Queen Street West.

The pedestrian was transported to hospital and he remains in serious condition.
