City wants feedback about dog ownership duties

The city’s municipal licensing office is undertaking a review of Chapter 349, Animals to determine how the city can effectively balance, manage and address dog behaviour, owner responsibilities and public safety.

A short, ten minute survey intended for all members of the public will be online until Oct. 26. Responses should not include personal information.

The results of this survey will be summarized and considered as part of the city’s report to the licensing and standards committee later this fall.
