Great Books Lecture on Tuesday May 24 at 7pm: U of T Prof Alan Ackerman will talk about Edith Wharton’s 1905 novel House of Mirth, a classic work that exemplifies excessive consumption.

Bike Day at the Library on Saturday, June 4, 1-5 pm. Presented by Ward 28 Cycle Toronto. Participating organizations: Cycle Toronto, Charlie’s Freewheels, bikeSauce, Can Bike and Toronto Public Health.
