The 40th Cabbagetown Festival set for Sept 10th

The 40th annual Cabbagetown Festival will take place on Saturday, September 10th, 11am-10pm & Sunday, September 11th, 11am-7pm 2016. Due to your close proximity and or interest in Cabbagetown, the festival committee would like to make you aware of the event itself, and let you know that approval was granted by the City of Toronto to allow this event to take place. Below are a few important things you need to know.

STREET CLOSURES:

Streets will be closed to vehicular traffic and include Parliament Street (Wellesley to Gerrard) and Carlton (Parliament to Berkeley)

FULL road closure: 6am Saturday, September 10th through 9pm Sunday, September 13th. Roads will not reopen Saturday night.
No parking on Parliament Street: Cars will be towed beginning at 6am on Sat., Sept. 10th.
No Parking Between the lanes and Parliament Street – Amelia, Prospect, Winchester, and Aberdeen – Same hours.

The Cabbagetown BIA members will be showcasing their businesses as well as a number of vendors highlighting Made in Canada art and goods as well as tasty food. The Cabbagetown BIA would like to make you aware of this event and invite you to this community celebration! Again, we hope that these activities do not inconvenience you in any way.
