Rezoning of 480 Yonge St. gets community meeting April 22

The official community consultation meeting for the rezoning application submitted for 480 Yonge St. is being held on April 22 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the YMCA auditorium at 20 Grosvenor St.

Area residents and members of the public are invited to provide their feedback for consideration by the developer and City staff in evaluating the proposal.

The proposal is for a 45-storey mixed-use residential building, including a 3-storey commercial base. The site includes the listed heritage building at 480 Yonge Street and Old Fire Hall No.3, which includes an iconic clock tower at 494 Yonge Street.
