About us

The Bulletin is an independent community newspaper to inform residents, visitors and businesses in Downtown Toronto.

The paper is published monthly and mailed via Canada Post to over 57,000 Downtown addresses. It is mailed to every unit of all high-rise apartment, condominium, co-operative, freehold and non-profit housing buildings, plus all homes in the Corktown and Gooderham & Worts & Downtown, plus Cabbagetown, Toronto East Downtown, The Garden District, to all homes on Toronto Island, Harbourfront, Bathurst Quay out to west of Strachan.

In addition, over 10,000 copies are mailed to businesses from College St. & Carlton St. to the lake, from Strachan Ave. to the Don River. Current total guaranteed postal circulation is 57,000. Another 2,400 are distributed in high-traffic public areas. Postal regulations require that it be delivered to all addresses under Consumer's Choice, even those that say, no flyers.
